Bespoke Programs for Children and their Support Network

I offer a range of bespoke individual and group programmes designed for children of all ages and their support network. As an instructor, I can demonstrate the techniques of Reflexology for teaching staff, nursery workers, parents, and caregivers. These can then be used in schools and for those who receive specialist care. Treatments are designed with sensory needs in mind, drawing on a background of working with individuals on the Autistic spectrum and those with mental and physical disabilities. With 5 years of experience in an SEN school, I have a deep understanding of children with various additional needs and preferences.

For babies and children

Ideal for babies who have experienced a traumatic birth or start in life, parents navigating post-natal depression, children who find difficulty regulating their emotions, or those affected by parental separation. Reflexology can promote feelings of safety and grounding which aids relaxation and overall wellbeing.

For schools and care settings

Training sessions for teaching staff, nursery workers, parents, and caregivers. Learn techniques that can be integrated into schools and used with individuals requiring specialist care.

I offer a 4 week programme for groups to learn and practise Reflexology week by week. This works through all the body systems with information and demonstration, to provide staff and parents with the confidence and knowledge to use Reflexology at home or in class.

Family focused sessions

Inclusive sessions designed for children, parents, grandparents or those who provide care to experience the benefits of Reflexology together. Techniques can then be used at home for all to enjoy.
